West Central Michigan Horticultural Research Inc. (2018-continues)
Volunteer hours: 7,000+
This organization is a non-profit research facility and farm in partnership with Michigan State University to conduct agricultural research on asparagus and tree fruits. She has served in various roles, including business system developer, board administrator, bookkeeper, board meeting organizer, dictation clerk, and meeting packet developer, event and rental scheduling coordinator, program manager & implementer, along with grant writer and progress reporter. She has assisted with securing funds and grants, managing materials and budgets, and providing space for the F.I.R.S.T. Oceana County High School Robotics team, which offers all high school students in the county the opportunity to participate in robotics. She has organized and ran since its creation the annual golf tournament fundraiser for the organization. Additionally, she has collaborated with Westshore on Career and Technical Education (CTE) agricultural labs, conducted middle school summer agricultural camps, and organized community and grade school field days featuring various agricultural topics and demonstrations. One notable initiative included bringing the first tree fruit autonomous sprayer vehicle to West Michigan, allowing the community, local farmers, and grade school and college students interested in technology and/or agriculture to see it in action firsthand.

Work with the company to host 12 blood drives a year in Oceana County in the Hart, Michigan area. Schedules and setups/clear a conference space to accommodate the 6hr blood drives. As well as advertise the drives in the area to encourage more donors to participate.
Shelby High School (2023-continue)
Volunteer hours: 100
Work with the school, local sheriff, and local business to secure funds, prizes, and wrote grants for the launch of the Ride with Pride program with High School students. A program where students pledge to follow rules and stay out of trouble with students winning prizes monthly including a licensed student who completed the pledge winning a car at the end of the school year. Other year end prizes will be awarded as well to students with a driver’s license or not.
Oceana County F.I.R.S.T. High School Robotics Team (2023-continue)
Volunteer hours: 1000
Work with the school educator and volunteers to launch the Oceana County wide program allowing access to all high school students with technology and robotics interest to join a team and participate in competitions. Wrote and managed grants to fund the launch of the program. Created power point and flyers for funding opportunities. Managed and ordered supplies needed for the program.
Oceana County Development Corp (2023-continue)

Non-Profit organization whose goal is to furnish a new affordable housing development in Oceana County. Assists as the administrator of the organization, as the board meeting organizer, dictation clerk, and meeting packet developer along with being personal assistant to the Development Project Director on an 82 single family (3-4 bedroom homes) and 16 duplex project. She has been the point of contact with funding by monitoring and reporting progress and reimbursements from grants. She has been a key asset in the launch and implementation of this project. From administrative work of utility installations and permit applications to orders and distributing the interior fixtures (Ceiling fans, lighting, knobs, etc.) for each home, manages the installation locations and spreadsheets to physically contributing by installing and labeling mailboxes for the community, conducting tours with community leaders, working with contractors on landscaping, taking on odd and end jobs to ensure construction proceeds as smoothly as possible and even delivering mail until mail service was established.

Working with the Shelby Township Supervisor assisted in the implementation and launch of the 36-acre park that connects to the bike trail. She has assisted in ensuring funding through grants, funding presentations, scheduled meetings, made and distributing fundraising binders, orchestrating and conducting fundraiser events for the park donations, announcements, and town hall meeting flyers for park amenities, equipment, and amphitheater. She organized, created & distributed announcements, and worked the Ground Breaking event launching the park’s construction. Created media flyers and announcements for the Park Grand Opening launching the opening of the park to the Community.

Working with the Shelby Township Supervisor assisted in the implementation and launch of the 56,000sq.ft. Community & Sports Facility at the Township Park. She has assisted in ensuring funding through grants, funding presentations, orchestrating and conducting fundraiser events for the facility donations, announcements, and town hall meeting flyers for amenities, equipment, and community programs. She organized with program directors in the area to bring healthy and beneficial programs to the community, created & distributed announcements throughout the whole process, and worked the Ground Breaking event launching the facility’s construction. In addition, created media flyers and announcements for the Community & Sports Facility Grand Opening launching the opening of the center to the Community.
