Mrs. Laura Hotelling for 20 years never lets her "guard" down. She mentors, supports, educates and gives continuously of herself. Mrs. Hotelling has raised funds, raised awareness to many outstanding Gaylord non-profit groups: Gaylord Community Productions (38-3506826), Toys for Tots, American Cancer Society, Otsego County Animal Shelter, Habitat for Humanity, Otsego County Youth Programs, Original Founder of Gaylord Community Productions Scholarship Program, Otsego Wildlife Legacy, Otsego County Food Pantry, and to top it off (pun intended) Mrs. Hotelling's participation St. Baldrick's Foundation over several years ($4,000.00). Mrs. Hotelling revived the Drama Club at Gaylord High School. That platform is used to ask the public to bring a donation (food items for the Food Pantry or a cash) when they attend a public performance. Mrs. Hotelling is on the Board of G.C.P. In addition to her Drama Club shows, Mrs. Hotelling in cooperation with Gaylord Community Productions uses that venue to ask patrons to bring a donation for the named non-profit.
