Healthmark Industries Co.

Fraser

Hero Story

Healthmark Industries is being nominated as an organization. Our headquarters are based in Fraser and our business started in 1969. We invent, distribute, and manufacture products for intelligent solutions for infection control for medical, sterilization, and surgery facilities around the world. We are privately owned and one of our operating core values is Gratitude.

We are proud to represent the Macomb business community and live that core value of Gratitude in giving back to the community in various charitable organizations through the year including Veteran canned food drive, Vets returning home, Veteran’s hospital needs drive and Tunnel to Towers walk. Our Veteran canned food drive supported the Fraser Vietnam Veterans of America Chapter 154 Food Pantry. We also made donations to Vets returning home which is a nonprofit organization in Roseville and their goal is to end chronic homelessness among veterans in our communities. We support the Ann Arbor Veteran Healthcare system with our Veteran’s hospital needs drive. We also conducted a steps challenge within the company and the winners went to the Tunnel to Towers walk which supports veterans and first responders since 9/11 with mortgage free homes. As a company we celebrate our veterans with a company party on Veteran's Day. We also are a proud member of the Bronze-Level employer under the Michigan Veterans Affairs Agency for 2 years in a row.

We also support our community with other charity events such as the Detroit Matrix Human Services Angel Tree. We are a sponsor for this group and provided multiple families with gifts for their families for the holidays. We have one site annual blood drives with Red Cross. We made blankets for the Children’s Hospital for Beaumont Royal Oak and made dog toys for the I Heart Dogs Animal Rescue.
