Hero Story

Ann is the Director of our Persons With Disability program. She has worked alongside her program staff covering shifts at all hours of the day, advocating for not only the clients she serves but her staff as well to ensure they are safe and their needs are met! She is doing this dedicated work in addition to hiring staff, training them, maintaining high standards at the homes across the state, and participating in numerous work groups. All on top of her day-to-day duties!

In the midst of the pandemic, when supplies were hard to get, Ann drove across the state to get and deliver supplies to not only her program homes but several other programs in need as well as our staff in need. Ann is always willing to lend a hand, even if hers are full! She is an amazing leader and demonstrates what it mean to serve and is one of the reasons she has such dedicated staff!
