Hero Story

Myisha Cunningham, known as Uni, serves her Jackson community by ministering to people with substance and alcohol use disorders. Uni is also the Senior Recovery Pastor of Raven Brook Recovery Church. Raven Brook is a 12-step church designed to help anyone, especially those with any type of addiction. Uni has recently started her own nonprofit, Raven's Coaching, to provide recovery coaching to underserved and underprivileged populations. She excels at removing barriers to recovery, allowing those she helps a better chance of success. Uni has without a doubt saved lives, and her work creates a better community for all!
