KnowResolve is a non-profit organization that promotes mental health and prevents teen suicide through education, advocacy, and
outreach.
Since 2007, KnowResolve has been able to reach 140,000 teens. Since their beginning, they have been able to implement several
programs that help promote mental health.
– Rage Room. Now virtual, the rage room is a safe space for teens to talk about their mental health. The support group is lead by a
mental health professional and allows the teens to vent about anything and develop healthy coping skills.
– The Shed. An after-school activity center for teens. The center focuses on art skills and allowing teens a safe space to express
themselves. During COVID, in-person events have been put on hold. They hold virtual events.

KnowResolve also visits schools to help promote its mission and spread suicide awareness and prevention. KnowResolve is an
amazing organization that strives to help the youth succeed.
